She came to this county in 1910 and married Henry VanBaaren the same year. They moved to Ionia where he was employed at the Ionia state hospital as a gardener. He died in 1924. She married George Vogt of Ionia September 16, 1950. He died December 15, 1950. Mrs. Vogt was a member of the First Methodist church, Mrs. R. A. Hawley’s Sunday school class and W.S.C.S. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Julius VanderLugt of Ionia and Mrs. John Marys of the Netherlands. Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Boynton funeral home. Dr. Howard A. Smith will officiate. Burial will be in the family lot in Easton cemetery.
