Vogt, 52, died suddenly Tuesday at her home at route 2, Portland. She had been a resident of Portland area the past 30 years. She was born September 20, 1916 in Whiteville and was a member of Portland Methodist church. Surviving besides her husband Dale, are a daughter, Mrs. Patrick Cabinaw of route 1, Portland; two sons, Darwin Vogt of Bridgeton, N.J.; Everett Vogt of Ionia; seven grandchildren; one brother, Warren Davis of Mulliken; two sisters, Mrs. Doris Foster of Lansing and Mrs. Etta Tucker of Grand Ledge. Funeral services will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Neller funeral home in Portland. Rev. Raymond Norton will officiate and burial will be at Danby cemetery. Bearers will be Harold Lakin, Norman Klein, Gerald Huhn, Elmore Hunt, Ernest Lindsley and Ivan Lay.
