Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard – Tues. Nov. 11, 1919

Sarah Ann Voyzey, wife of James Voyzey, died Tuesday morning at the home of her 
daughter, Mrs. Ed. Spencer, at the age of 72 years. Besides her husband and 
daughter, Mrs. Voyzey leaves two sons, Walter of this city, and Dr. George 
Voyzey of Kalamazoo. The funeral will be on Friday afternoon at two o’clock at 
the home on 527 Union street. Rev. R. E. Meader will officiate, and interment 
will be in the family lot at Oak Hill cemetery.
