Sentinel-Standard - Monday, Oct. 25, 1948

Dying at his home west of Lake Odessa Saturday night was Ransom Wade, He was 89 
years old.

He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Rose Meyers of Lake Odessa and Mrs. Olive 
Taylor of California; and a brother, Jay Wade of Amity, Ore.

Funeral services will be held from the Evangelical U.B. church Tuesday at 2;30 
p.m. with interment at Lakeside cemetery. His remains are at the Pickens 
funeral chapel, Lake Odessa.
