Lake Odessa Wave-Times Fri.January 5, 1912

Evelyn Wade, mention of which was made in lasts week's Wave as being near death, 
quietly passed away last Thursday night. She was aged 14 years and until about a 
year ago enjoyed good health.She was an active young girl and was beloved by all 
who knew her.Her passing has removed one from the Sunday school and school an she 
will be missed by her playmates.She leaves a kind and loving father, mother and 
sister who deeply feel there loss. The funeral was held at the U.B. church in 
this village. Rev.F.B. Parker officiating and the remains were interred in Lake 
Side Cemetery.
