The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Thursday, February 26, 1914
Mrs. Dell Wade, a resident of Portland for more than 40 years, was found dead 
in a chair at home about Tuesday noon by a neighbor, Mrs. Emery Swank.  For 
several months Mrs. Wade had been troubled with neuralgia of the heart and her 
death is supposed to have been caused by a sudden attack of the disease.  Mrs. 
Wade was 70 years of age.  She was the widow of the late Dell wade, a former 
will known Portland merchant.  Arrangements have not been made for funeral.
