The Ionia Daily Standard, Tuesday, December 26, 1899

Miss Nettie A. Wagner, an accomplished young lady of Belding, and who numbered 
many friends in this city, died at her home last evening.  The illness of 
deceased was only of a week’s duration, she succumbing to a severe attack of 
peritonitis.  The funeral will be at Belding on Thursday—1:30 at the house, 
and at 2 o’clock at church.
