Ionia Daily Sentinel, 21 Dec 1942

Prayer services for William J. Walker, 84, of Ionia were held at 2:30 o’clock 
Sunday afternoon at the home on West Main Street followed by services at the St. 
Johns Episcopal church at 3 o’clock.  Rev. Henry A Hanson officiated and the 
remains were taken to Detroit Monday morning for cremation.  The pallbearers were 
Raymond Roomsburg, Harry Warnes, Bert Reed and George Biehler.
