WALKER, FIRST PUBLISHER OF WAVE, DIES Harry F. Walker, 76, who with his wife established The Lake Odessa Wave early in the spring of 1888 and continued publishing it for three or four years, died at his home in Unionville, Mich., on Monday of last week. He had been the dean of Unionville business men and Thumb publishers. He retired from active business about a month ago after having published the Unionville Crescent since 1892 when he established that newspaper. He is survived by his widow Winifred C. a son Guy H. in Lansing, three daughters, a brother George B. at Cairo, Ill., seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
