Lake Odessa Wave-Times September 7, 1944

MISS BESSIE WALKER'S BODY BROUGHT HERE TUESDAY

Miss Bessie Walker, a former resident of Lake Odessa died at Ionia, Sunday, and 
the funeral was held at the Wortley & Baine Chapel Tuesday with the Rev. E.A. 
Shulls officiating. Miss Walker was an invalid many years. She leaves a sister 
Mrs.Sylvia Parker in Ionia, and a sister Mrs.Jason E. Peacock in Lake Odessa. 
Burial was in Lakeside.
