Hastings Reminder, Sat. June 26, 2021

Arnold E. Walkington, age 82, of Lake Odessa passed away on June 20, 2021.

He was born in Lake Odessa on February 24, 1939 to Harold and Laura (Carter) 
Walkington. Arnold proudly served in the US Navy from 1957 to 1963. He then 
worked at GM in Lansing from 1963 until retirement in 1999.

Surviving are his children, Kirk (Kim) and Kyle (Brandy); daughter-in-law, 
Jolene (Bob) Tingley; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, 
Phyllis (Sherlyn) Fetterman; along with many nieces and nephews.

Preceding Arnold in death are his parents, Harold and Laura; son, Kelly; sister, 
Laurine Henry and niece, Darla Forshey.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Koops Funeral Chapel, 935 4th 
Ave., Lake Odessa, MI 48849, with funeral services following. Burial with 
military honors took place at Lakeside Cemetery following the funeral.

Memorials can be given to American Alzheimer's Association. Online condolences
