FORMER RESIDENT DIES UNEXPECTEDLY
   John B. Wallace, 68, passed away unexpectedly in Detroit Wednesday.  He was a
former resident of this 
area and has a farm in Sebewa, but left here about 35 years ago to reside in
Detroit.
   Surviving are a brother Luke of Detroit, and a sister Miss Flossie Wallace of
Lansing.
   Funeral services were held Saturday at the Pickens Chapel with burial in Lakeside
cemetery.  Rev. A. J. 
Pitman officiated.
