Lakewood News, 19 Dec 2015

Donna L. (Edsall) Walls, age 89, of Lake Odessa, formerly of Lansing, passed
away at Thornapple Manor in Hastings, on December 12, 2015 after a brief
illness.  Donna held many retail jobs in downtown Lansing and retired from Mac’s
Pipe & Tobacco.  She was a member of the VFW Post 4461 Ladies Auxiliary.

She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Bonnie Edsall of Lake Odessa; the joy
of her life – granddaughter, Kimberly Edsall Badgett of Everett, WA; sister,
Joyce Dennie of Lake Odessa; brother, Ernest (Delores) Newman of Chippewa Lake;
and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband,
Alex C. Walls and her parents, Ernest and Mabel Newman.

According to her wishes, cremation has taken place with no services.  Burial to
take place at Ft. Custer National Cemetery in Battle Creek.
