Died December 19, 2024-age 99 of Saranac, MI.
Born April 12, 1925 in Mt. Morris,MI, daughter of Horace & Lola(Waltmire)Kurtz.
Married Myron Walter on June 9, 1945 at First Baptist Church in Mt.Morris,MI.
Joyce was a member of Saranac Community Church & active in the choir.
She enjoyed crafting, quilting, sewing & baking & hosting family functions.
Survived by her children,Duane(Diane)Walter of Bronson, MI,Ruth Ann (Kip) Cady 
of Palm Harbor,FL & Carol(David) Stillson of Ionia.
Grandchildren:Rebecca (DJ)Thompson of Middlevville, Sarah(David)Hickey of White 
Pigeon,Erin(Trent) Toler of Clearwater,FL,Kelly(Erika) Stillson of Jenison & 
Travis Stillson of Midvale, UT.
Great-grandchildren;Alana Thompson, Wyatt Hickey,Sophia Hickey, Ty Toler, Jordan 
Toler, Caroline Stillson, Rhett Stillson & Sadie Stillson.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband Myron, great-grandson Isaiah Thompson 
& sisters Ruth Kurtz & Irene Smith.
Private family services at a later date.
