Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, 4 Apr 1938

Funeral services for Mrs. Christine Walter of Saranac were conducted from the 
home in Saranac, Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock and from the Saranac 
Methodist church at 2 o’clock with the Rev. Frank Loomis officiating.  
Interment was in the Saranac cemetery.

Mrs. Walter died Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock in the Blodgett hospital 
where she had been a patient four weeks.  She was suffering from a fractured 
hip which she received in a fall.

Pallbearers were Homer Walter, Marion Dausmen, Fred G. Walter and William 
Miltonberger, nephews.
