Wambaugh, 60, passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at home, in the care of his family and Heartland Hospice. He was born on July 16, 1953 in Muskegon, MI. Mr. Wambaugh was a very loving and caring father and brother, who is loved and will be greatly missed. David loved playing pool and reading, and was known for his big heart for others. He had a love for Jehovah and his friends and family. Preceding him in death were his mother, Margie Wambaugh; brother, Joseph Mosley. Surviving are his sons, David L. Wambaugh of Sheridan, and Shane Mosley (Missy Lear) of Sheridan; sisters, Teresa Anderson (Kyle Anderson) of Fenwick, Gloria Perry of Fruitport, Shirley Smith of South Carolina, and Patricia Branham of Florida; brothers, Doug Dopson and Stephen Mosely; nieces, Solane Wambaugh (Ron Jenks) of Fenwick, and Jacinda Willis (Travis Nykamp) of Rockford; many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate his life on Saturday, February 1, 2014 from 1-5 p.m.at the Greenville Community Center, 900 E. Kent Street, Greenville, MI 48838. Arrangements are entrusted to Lehman Funeral Homes, Ionia. In Lieu of Flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice, in memory of David.
