Ionia Sentinel Standard, 26 Dec 1973

Mrs. Anna D. Ward, 60, formerly of 607 North Rich died Tuesday evening at Ionia 
Manor where she had been a patient three days.

Born in Ionia June 22, 1883, she was the daughter of Martin and Jennie DeYoung 
and lived most of her life in Ionia.  She was a member of First United 
Methodist church.

Surviving are four sons, Claude Kieft of Saginaw, Joseph Kieft of Key Largo, 
Fla., Elmer Ward of Howard City and Kenneth Ward of Ionia; 14 grandchildren; 38 
great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Leddick funeral home.  Interment 
will be at Highland Park cemetery.  Family will be at the funeral home 
Wednesday and Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.
