JOYCE A. WARD
BELDING - Joyce A. Ward, 60, of 101 N. Front Street, Belding, died April 13 at the 
Metropolitan Hospital in Grand Rapids.

She was born on June 19, 1927, in Quincy, the daughter of Marc and Olive (Kaenerick)
Hagerman.

She married Robert Ward on December 21, 1945, who preceded her in death in 1968.

She is survived by her mother, Olive Byrn, of Belding, one daughter, Susan Walker of
Cedar Springs and one son, Michael Ward of Mason. She is also survived by one sister,
Kathi Cohn of Grand rapids and one brother, Kaye Byrn of Grand Rapids. Seven grandchildren
also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 am at the Johnson Funeral home in
Belding. Burial will follow the service at the River Ridge Cemetery in Belding.

The family will receive family and friends on Thursday from 2 pm to 9 pm and until
the service begin on Friday.

Memorials may be made to the Alvah N. Belding Library.
