The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Tuesday, October 5, 1909
Peter Ward, an old resident of Sebewa, died last night at his home near 
Portland.  The funeral will be held Thursday at Portland.  Mr. Ward was a 
brother of Mrs. B. L. Comstock and Mrs. J. M. Booth, of Ionia, and leaves a 
wife and several children.  He was 52 years of age.
