Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard – Thurs. Jan. 27, 1921

Mrs. C. B. Wardle passed away at the family residence, 320 Lafayette street, 
this morning. The funeral will be held from the residence Saturday afternoon at 
___________________. Rev. A. R. Mitchell will officiate. Burial will be in 
Highland Park. Friends are requested to kindly omit flowers. 

Although Mrs. Wardle was a prominent woman no further details are given because 
of a special request of the family that they be omitted.
