Ware, died at their home in East Lowell last Thursday, October 8th. The funeral service was held from the home Saturday afternoon, attended by a large concourse of people, Rev. Russell H. Bready officiating and the burial took place at the South Boston cemetery. Jessie Audie Ware, only daughter of Stephen A. and Mary J. Ware, was born Nov. 7, 1891 and died Oct. 7, 1908, 16 years and 11 months of age. Her last sickness extended over a period of 4 months through all of which she was very patient. When told that she must trust in God and all would be well with her, she said, I am trusting in Him. She was very grateful to the many friends and neighbors who sent flowers and cheering words during her sickness. Being never of robust health she could not enjoy the pleasures of her young associates, consequently she became more the companion of her father and mother and aged grandmother and seemed wise beyond her years, being their solace and comfort. She leaves to mourn her loss her heartbroken father and mother, grandmother and three brothers, Edward Misner, of Watsonville, Cal., Jay and Ray Ware of Freeport, besides other near and dear relatives and friends who regret her early demise. "Only a bud, just loaned not given. God called our Jessie back to Heaven; But it is so hard to say As we pass under the rod, Thy will be done, not mine O God." The following is published by request of the family: The funeral was held at the residence in West Boston last Saturday at 1 o'clock, October 11, with J B. Yeiter as the undertaker. The singers were Miss Annie Maynard and Harley Maynard accompanied at the piano by Miss Lenna Yeiter, Jessie's music teacher. The selections were ones requested, "Sometime We'll Understand," "Our God Knows Best," and "Jesus Saviour, Pilot me." The sermon delivered by Rev. Russell H. Bready was one ray of light needed to lift from despondency to a bright hope for a future meeting where parting will be no more, and was a fitting tribute to her beautiful life, charging the young people to emulate her pure and noble character and they would be better for her having lived. The pall bearers were her cousins, Royal, Howard, Carl and Edward Kyser, the honorary pall bearers were four girls all dressed in white, her cousins, Mabel Kyser, Bessie Story, Agnes Hughson and Mamie Ware. She lay at rest in a white casket, as pure as the dew drop in a chalice of beautiful flowers. A large concourse of people followed her to her last resting place in South Boston cemetery. Those from a distance were Mrs. Emeline Lucas of Muskegon, Mr. and Mrs. Jay, and Ray Ware of Freeport, Mrs. McCoy and daughter, and Mrs. Chappel and daughter of Lake Odessa, Wm. Worden of Ionia, Hiram Worden and sister Mrs. James Emmons and children of Lowell.
