Kristine Jo Warf, age 49, passed away at her home, after a long illness, on
August 2, 2015.  Kristine was born in Seoul, Korea September 10, 1965, where she
lived in an orphanage.  She came to the United States in June 1970 to join her
new parents, Ammon and Violet (Sidnam) Miller and older siblings, James, Kip and
Julie Miller.

Kristine grew up in the Lake Odessa area, graduating from Lakewood High School,
then went into Job Corp for more training.  She enjoyed drawing and traveling.

Kristine married Robert W. Warf of Winston-Salem, NC where they resided for
several years.

Kristine is survived by her son, Stephen David Goudzward of Plainwell; parents,
Ammon and Violet Mille of Lake Odessa; brothers, James (Anne) Miller of Pelkie,
Kip Miller of Lake Odessa and sister, Julie (Denny) Barker of Hudsonville; three
nieces and two nephews; two special friends, Dan Overbeck and Mary Verslius. 
Kristine was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Warf; grandparents,
Ammon Sr. and Barbara Miller and Charles and Helen Sidnam.

Kristine’s wishes were to be cremated, which has taken place.  Memorial services
were held at Hope Church of the Brethren on M-50, Freeport, Friday, Aug 7, 2015.
 Memorial contributions may be given to Spectrum Health Hospice at 4500 Breton,
Grand Rapids.
