Ionia Sentinel – Wednesday, 21 February 1923

Hiley Warner, nearly a lifelong resident of Ionia County, passed away Tuesday 
at Phoenix, Ariz., where he had been for the past few months for his health.  
Mr. and Mrs. Warner and family left Ionia County about four years ago to 
reside at Sterling, Colo., for his heath.  The cause of death was pneumonia.  
Mr. Warner was a farmer in Orleans Township for a good many years.  At the 
time they left Orleans they had been conducting the hotel there.

Mr. Warner is survived by his widow and two daughters, Mrs. Carlton Towne and 
Miss Margaret Warner, who were with their father at the time of his death.  He 
also leaves two brothers, Will Warner, of Orleans and George Warner who is 
employed at the reformatory.

Mrs. William Haberstumpf, Mrs. C. j. Eckmeter, Chauncey Antcliff, and Chet 
Antcliff are relatives.  Word regarding funeral arrangements has not been 
received.
