The Ionia Daily Standard, Saturday, January 22, 1894

Many of our older citizens will remember Lawson S. Warner and daughter Mary, 
later Mrs. Rev. A. L. Richardson.  Mr. Warner was the first male member of St. 
John’s Episcopal church of this city.  He died recently at Hillburst, 
Washington, at the age of 82 years.  Rev. Richardson died at the same place, 
two weeks afterward, at the age of 64 years.
