Mr. Warner, whose home was in Charlotte, was employed as a driver of a truck for the Sober’s Army Truck Convoying Co. of Lansing and was making a delivery to eastern states when he was taken ill on the road, at Harrisburg, Pa. He was born near Mulliken on April 7, 1921, and is survived by his wife, the former Alta Mae Merrifield to whom he was married last December 10; his mother, step-father and a sister, Margaret. Funeral services were held at the Merrifield home Wednesday afternoon in charge of Rev. Floyd Nagle, of Sunfield, with burial in Danby cemetery.
