Ionia Sentinel - 26 January 1966
John C. Warner, 83, of 215 West Little street, Williamston, died suddenly late 
Monday following a  heart attack.  He was the father of Roy E. Warner of Lake 
Odessa and had been a lifelong resident of Williamston vicinity.

Surviving are his wife, Minnie E. Warner of Williamston; three sons, Roy of 
Lake Odessa, Fred E. of Williamston, Russell L. of Eaton Rapids; a daughter, 
Mrs. Irma I. Pollok of Royal Oak; 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at Gorsline Bros. funeral home at Williamston Thursday 
at 2 pm.  The Rev. Harold Reese of the Baptist church will officiate and burial 
will be at Leek Cemetery.
