The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, date unknown
James W. Warner, 65, of Lyons Passed away December 15, 2003 at Heartland 
Health Care Center in Ionia. He was born the son of Walter and Audrey 
(DeForest) Warner on October 27, 1938 in Bedford, MI. 

He worked at the Lumber Mill Inn in Muir, and the Bluewater Cafe in Ionia. He 
served in the U.S. Navy. He married the former Rose Carpenter on August 17, 
1992 in California. He enjoyed helping and joking with people, he collected 
records and he enjoyed watching professional wrestling.

He is preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers. Surviving are his wife 
Rose, 2 sons - James W. Warner and David A. Warner. 2 grandsons - Bradley and 
Jammi Warner. He had 1 brother, Jack Warner, and 2 sisters, Sharon Brooks and 
Shirley Birdsinger; nieces and nephews.

Per his wishes, there will be no funeral home services. Arrangements are 
entrusted to the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, Cook Chapel, Ionia, MI.
