Mrs. Louisa Warner died on the old Nathaniel Warner homestead (now occupied by “Dick” Towner, her son-in-law) in the south part of Danby township on Sunday last, aged 81 years. Old age, in conjunction with other complications, was cause of death. Funeral services will be conducted from the house at 1 o’clock Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. Warner was one of the very few pensioners of the War of 1812 remaining in the United States, her first husband having been a veteran of that war.
