RUSSEL WARREN, 56
Dr. Russel D. Warren, D.D.S., 56, of Beaverton, Michigan, passed over on Saturday, 
September 15, 2018, at Mid-Michigan Medical Center, Midland after a short battle
with cancer.

He was born on June 15, 1962, the son of Roger and Doris (Mills) Warren in Ionia,
Michigan. Russel graduated from Ionia High School in 1980. He graduated with a B.S. degree
from Western Michigan University in 1984. He continued on to graduate school and
graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy with a DDS degree. Russel was joined in
marriage to Estelle Wiles at St. Peter & Paul; Parish in Ionia on June 29, 1985.

Russel and Estelle moved to Beaverton in August of 1988, at which time he opened 
Beaverton Family Dentistry. Russel was a member of the Michigan dental Association,
American Dental Association, Saginaw Valley District dental Society, Beaverton Area
Business Association, Beaverton Lions Club, Mayflower Society and Sacred heart
Catholic Church.

Russel enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, morel hunting, coin collecting, estate
sales, garage sales, and football.  Most of all he loved spending time with his family on vacation
at the beach and boating.

He is survived by Estelle, his wife of 33 years, his son Joel (Madison) of Mt.
Pleasant, MI. mother Doris Warren (Art) of Eustis, Fla., brother Larry (Denise) Warren of Lyons,
MI, sister Sue (Dan) Guernsey of Muir, MI. and Aunts, Uncles, and many Nieces, Nephews, and 
Cousins.

He is preceded in death by his Father Roger Warren, Aunt Shirley Ferris, Uncle John
Davis, and Uncle Keith Woodbury.

Funeral mass will be conducted by Fr. Marcel Portelli on Monday, September 24, 2018,
1 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Gladwin, Michigan. Visitation will be held on
Monday, September 24, 2018, from 11 AM until the time of Mass. Arrangements are in the care
of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral  Home of Gladwin, Michigan.

Memorial contributions can be made to: The American Cancer Society (Lung), Multiple
Sclerosis Society, St. Jude's Children research hospital, or Smile Train.
