Daily Sentinel-Std. Monday, Nov. 13, 1950

Double funeral services were conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday from Myers 
funeral home for Mrs. Edith P. Warren and her husband Arba L., who died 
within a day of one another at the Cook Convalescent Home, East Main street.

Mr. Warren died Friday afternoon after being a patient there for a week. He 
had been transferred there from a Lakeview convalescent home. Mrs. Warren, 
who was critically ill at the same convalescent home at the time of her 
husband's death, died at 9 a.m. Saturday.

The Rev. Emanuel T. Burtch of the Free Methodist church officiated at the 
funeral services. Interment was in Crystal.

Bearers for Mr. Warren were nephews and Mrs. Warren's were fellow employees 
of the Associated Truck lines in Lansing.

Mrs. Warren was born in Bloomer township Sept. 24, 1875. Surviving are a 
daughter, Mrs. Morris Reeder of Sheridan: Two sons, Stanley of Ionia and 
Frank of Kalamazoo: a brother, Frank Jones, Crystal: and a sister, Mrs. 
Olive Braman, Lyons.

Mr. Warren's death notice was printed in the Saturday edition of the Daily 
Sentinel-Standard.
