The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Friday, March 29, 1968


Mrs. S. Irene Warren, 52, of 15373 Pruin, Spring Lake, a native of Belding, 
died Wednesday noon March 23 after a brief illness.  She was born July 9, 1915 
in Belding, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Wood.  In 1940 Mrs. Warren 
moved from Ionia to Spring Lake.  She was a punch press operator at Knapp and 
Vogt Co., Grand Rapids and attended Spring Lake Wesleyan Methodist church.

Funeral services are Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the Spring Lake church with 
graveside services at 2:30 p.m. at Lyons cemetery where burial is to take 
place.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Harold Parker and Mrs. William 
Kasmauski, both of Spring Lake; her mother, Mrs. Ida M. Stanton of Grand 
Haven, four granddaughters and two grandsons.

Kammeraad funeral home of Spring Lake is handling arrangements and a memorial 
for the American Cancer Society has been established.
