Excerpts from Obituary
JANETTE WARRINGTON
Born February 12, 1932 in Flint, son of Wyman H. Moffatt and Francis (Smith).
Died December 17, 2019.
A Memorial will be held January 11, 2020at 1:00 p.m. at Family Life Wesleyan 
Church, Williamston, MI.48895.
Janette lived in Flint until 9 years old, then moved to Stanton, graduated 
High School in Stanton, MI.
Married Robert K. Cooper of Hubbardston, MI. September 2, 1950.
They lived in Arizona for 2 years. Back to Michigan fr many years.
Had 1 son, Stephen RW Cooper in 1954 & adopted Ellen Cooper in mid-60's.
Was a Realestate realtor from 1961 to 1971 for Cooper Reality, taking courses 
in Christian education, specializing in children's work throughout Michigan, 
Ohio, Indiana, & Wisconsin by ministering in Vacation Bible Schools, 
children's camps as well as outreach at The Cedar Way Free Methodist Church.
In 1970s Janette lost her Husband, daughter, Mother & Father.
April 26, 1972, Married Doctor Willard "Bill" G. Warrington & adopted his 
children, David, Steven, Douglas (Deceased) & Jane Warrington.
Lived at East Lansing, MI until he retired.
Their son David Warrington was in an accident, suffering brain damage.  They 
cared for him at their home for 27 years. This experience triggered her to 
write three books on Brain injury & healthcare. 
She served as VicePresident of Michigan Brain Injury Association, traveling 
throughout the United States & Europe.
They wintered in Florida.
Janette obtained bachelor's degree & Master degrees in Thelogy & Christian 
counseling when she was 69.
Husband Willard G. Warrington died in April 2013 in East Lansing, MI.
Preceded in death by two sisters, Marilyn Koerber & Audrey Rogers.
Surviving are brother David Moffatt & children David, Steven Warrington, Jane 
Kowieski, & Stephen R.W Cooper, six grandchildren & 14 great-grandchildren.
Janette's last years were in Fowlerville, Mich.
Arrangements entrusted to Herrmann Funeral Home.
