Belding Banner -News Thursday June 10, 1971

                               MRS. ULA G. WASHBURN

Graveside services for Mrs. Ula G.Washburn, 77, of West Lake Village, California 
will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at River Ridge Cemetery. Mrs.Washburn died June 5 
in California.

Mrs.Washburn reposes at the Charles M.Courser Funeral Home. Visitation was held 
Wednesday evening and will be held gain Thursday evening from 7 to 8:30 p.m.. 
Rev. Wilford Wood will officiate at the services.

Mrs.Washburn was born December 5, 1893 in Swanton, Ohio. She was a retired 
Detroit school teacher and had also resided in Belding. She was a member of the 
Van Nuys Presbyterian Church.

She was receded in death by her husband, Sidney who died in 1953. She is 
survived by one sister, Mrs. Ethel L.Whitney of Van Nuys, California; several 
nieces and nephews.
