   Excerpts from Ionia Obituary

     MICHELLE DENISE WATKINS

Dead September 30, 2025-age 70 of Milford.
Born March 29, 2025 in Grand Rapids, daughter of Dudley O. & Jeanne e (Swanson) 
Watkins.
Michelle was the twin sister to Patrick & 1 of 8 children.
She attended St. Thomas Catholic School in Grand Rapids.
Michelle was blessed with a son & daughter from her marriage to Neal. They lived 
in Texas before moving to Michigan.
She lost her oldest son Eugene while he was serving in the military.
Michelle had a great sense of humor & loved to make everyone laugh with a silly 
joke or her unique giggle.
Michelle's spirit of generosity was expressed in the designer quilts she made & 
gave away.
She also made Raggedy Ann & ANdy dolls that she brought to children in the 
hospital.
Survived by her daughter, Jessica (Amber) Palmer of TX, siblings, James Watkins 
of VA,Sharon Watkins of VA, Thomas (Kate) Watkins of N.C,Patrick Watkins of 
Grand Rapids & Gregory (Ainsley) Watkins of FA. Several nieces & nephews.
Preceded in death by her prents, son Eugene, sisters, Patricia Watkins & 
Kathleen Lake.
A Celebration of Live  will be at Grace Church, 220 Bogie Lake Rd. White Lake, 
MI on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 11:00 am. with a luncheon to follow at Noon.
