The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, October 18, 1924

Mrs. Anna E. Watson, age 73, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Alanson 
Stowell, South Easton, last Thursday afternoon.  Mrs. Watson had lived at the 
Soldier’s home in Grand Rapids until her recent illness, and since that time 
she has been living with Mrs. Stowell.  Mrs. Watson leaves two daughters, Mrs. 
Stowell and Mrs. A. E. Wilkinson, of Ionia; also a sister, Mrs. Mary Clark, of 
Lyons.  Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 1 o’clock from the 
home of Mrs. Stowell, and burial will be in the Easton cemetery.
