Ionia Sentinel-Standard
Lulu M. Watson, 93, 320 Lincoln street, Portland, died Feb 16 at her home.  She 
was born Feb 24, 1892, in Union City, Michigan, the daughter Delmar Packard and 
Libby Brauker.  She was an elementary school teacher and a member of the Order 
of Eastern Star No 258. Surviving are one daughter:  Mrs. Donald (Elizabeth) 
Roberts of Flint; three grandchildren; three step-grandchildren and ten great-
grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, 1:30 pm from the Neller Funeral Home in 
Portland with the Rev. Dale Crawford of Portland United Methodist Church 
officiating.  Burial will be in Portland Cemetery.  Pallbearers are Jose R. 
Garza Jr., John McMunigal, Dennis Helmer, Guy Jones, David Smith and James 
Rupert.
