Way, at Everett, Wash., which was due to tumor of the stomach. Mr. Way was the son of Alva T. and Ora Way, pioneer residents of Portland, and was born in this village 74 years ago. About 16 years ago he went to Everett, where his son, Seth, is engaged in the laundry business and had resided in that city since. He has done well in a financial way since he has been in the west, leaving an estate of considerable magnitude. Mrs. Alma Marcy, who lives in Danby with her daughter, Mrs. Fred Kelley, is a half sister. Besides Mrs. Marcy he is survived by a widow and two sons in Everett, and a daughter, Mrs. Anna Price, near Ithaca, Mich., and a number of grandchildren. A number of nieces and nephews also reside in this part of Michigan as well as others in various parts of the United States.
