The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, March 25, 1942

Funeral services for Thomas J. Way, former Ionia builder who died Wednesday, 
March 18, at the home of his son in California, were conducted Tuesday at 2 
p.m. from the Boynton funeral home on Rich street.  Rev. F. G. Dunbar 
officiated and interment was at the family lot in Oak Hill cemetery.

Bearers were Glen Thrope, Dan Patrick, Bert Northand Glen Harwood.  The latter 
is of Ferndale.
