WAYMAN Died February 8, 2026-age 83 of Saranac. Born May 31, 1942 at home in Saranac, daughter of Glen & Avis (Bugby) Conroe. Bonnie graduated from Saranac High School in the class of 1960. Married James Charles Wayman April 13, 1963 in Grand Rapids, together they raised two children. Bonnie was an avid reader & enjoyed gardening, collecting antiques, camping & traveling to Europe to visit her grandchildren. Survived by her children, Jay (Brooke) Wayman of Marne, MI & Erin Wayman(Peter Ritter) of Beaconsfield, England. Grandchildren, Katherine Ritter, Alexander Ritter & Sophia Ritter all of Beaconsfield, England, Sisters, Velma Jean (Bud) Moyer of Saranac, Christine (Barry) Jackson of Saranac & Carolyn (Tom) Westbrook of Saranac. Brothers & sisters-in-law, Daniel & Sandra Wayman of Jackson, Elnora & Roderick Gale of Grand Rapids & Elsie Vis of Rockford. Several nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, James on November 13, 2025 & brothers, Butch, Conroe, Ronald Conroe & Lewis Helsel. Visitation will be at the Lake Funeral Home in Saranac on Friday, February 13 from 4-6 p.m. Celebration of Life & graveside services for Bonnie & James will be held in the Summer.
