Born at Saranac Lake, N. Y., October 25, 1896, she was the daughter of Frank and Mary Duso and attended school in New York and Vermont. She moved with her parents to Ohio then to Michigan living in Ionia the past 55 years. She was married in Remus at St. Michael’s church July 31, 1916, to Edward Weaver and he died April 27, 1963. She was a member of SS Peter and Paul church, charter member of Daughters of Isabella and member of the Altar Rosary society and the Women of the Moose. Surviving are four sons, Charles, Joseph and Thomas of Ionia and Bernard of Mulliken; four daughters, Mrs. Norine Zeller of Long Lake, Mrs. Clara Belle Pline of Lyons, Mrs. Ruth Mellinger of Ionia and Mrs. Edna Keeney of Belding; 20 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at SS Peter and Paul church. Rev. Monsignor Edward Jaworowicz of Most Holy Trinity church of Alpine will officiate and interment will be in Mt. Olivet cemetery. Parish rosary will be recited Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. at Leddick funeral home.
