Ionia  Sentinel  24 September 1942
Funeral services for Lorenzo Webber, 73, of Portland,  who  died at his home in 
Portland Monday evening after a  brief illness, were held Wednesday afternoon at 
2:30 o'clock at the home in Portland.   Rev.  William  Grey of the Portland 
Congregational church officiated, and the burial was private at Portland cemetery.

Pallbearers were members of the  family,  John A. Webber of Milwaukee,  Robert H. 
Stanley of Flint, Weldon W. West of Lansing,  E. W.  Stone  of  Allegan, Charles 
E.  Stone of Milwaukee and Charles Gilden.
