(Foote) Webert, 83, of Portland, died Feb. 12, 1999. She was born May 25, 1915, in Detroit, the daughter of George C. and Maude M. (Jobbet) Cook. Mrs. Webert was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Portland Chapter #258, and a former nurse at Sparrow Hospital, in Lansing. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald W. Foote in 1945, and her second husband, Donald L. Webert in 1983. She also was preceded in death by three brothers. Survivors include one daughter, Jacquelyn J. Carnahan of Portland; three sons, D. Wayne (Joan) Foote of Portland, Ronald D. (Barbara) Foote of Bath, and Richard L. (Marilyn) Webert of St. Charles, Mo.; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Monday, Feb. 15, at Gorsline-Runciman Co. Neller Chapel, 210 Bridge Street, with Rev. Marilyn V. Danielson, pastor of First Congregational Church of Portland, officiating. Interment will follow in Summit Cemetery, Williamston.
