The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, August 31, 1948

Lillian M. Wedge, 46, of 330 ½ West Main street died at the Ionia Convalescent 
home Monday afternoon.  She had been a patient there for the past seven weeks.

She was born April 3, 1902 in Shiloh, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. 
George White.  She was married to Edward Wedge of Ionia on June 24, 1923.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Geraldine Palmatter of Ionia; a sister, Mrs. 
Goldie Ward of Dansville; four brothers, Carl White of Dansville, Robert White 
of Muir, and Charlie White and John White of Stanton; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Myers funeral 
home.  Dr. J. Lee Lewis will officiate with interment in Highland Park 
cemetery.
