Ionia Sentinel – 12 February 1932
Miss Alvah Weed, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Weed, who had been an invalid 
some time, died at her home in Wichita, Kas., the first of the week.  The body 
is being brought to Belding where funeral services will be held Saturday 
afternoon at 2:30 at the Fitzjohn Funeral Home.  Burial will be in the family 
lot in the Orleans Cemetery.  Mr. and Mrs. Weed were former residents of Ionia.
