Born in Germany, Nov. 26, 1880, he came to Ionia about 24 years ago. A tailor by trade, he maintained a shop in Ionia until a few months ago when continued ill health forced him to give up his trade. Mr. Weeh was known for the very fine quality of his work. Surviving are his widow, Anna; a sister, Katie Weeh, Ionia,; a sister and brother, Mrs. Anna Marie Witzel and Frederick Weeh, in Germany. Rev. R. A. Rook officiated at the funeral service held from Boynton’s Wednesday afternoon. Burial was in Oak Hill cemetery and pall bearers were Joseph Fox, Wayne Peterson, John Toutenhoofd, Ivan Clark, Joseph Waidleigh and Jay Haysmer.
