She was taken to the hospital a week ago for medical treatment for an illness which developed near Thanksgiving time this year. Born in Ionia in 1886, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Noble Micks. She attended the Ionia high school, and following her graduation was employed as chief operator at the Citizens Telephone company in Ionia. She later was employed at the Hayes-Ionia company as well as several other local companies. She married Bert Weiser, who died about seven years ago. Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Mary Soules, of Fenton; Mrs. Ella Rushford, Mrs. Arthur Lord and Mrs. Roy Schlernitzauer, of Ionia, and three brothers, Noble T. Micks, William F. Micks, of Grand Rapids, and George B. Micks, of Detroit. Mrs. Weiser was the next to the oldest of her brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday morning at 9:00 o’clock from the SE. Peter and Paul church following prayer services at 8 a.m. from the Bradley funeral home. Interment will be at Mt.
