Ionia Standard, 6 Aug 1895

Mrs. F. W. Welch died at her home at Lansing, at 3:45 Tuesday morning.  Funeral 
services were held at that place Wednesday afternoon, and the remains were 
brought to Ionia for interment arriving here at 4:45.  Mrs. Welch was known here 
as the beloved wife of F. Will Welch, a son of Mrs. Charles Bean, and much sorrow 
is felt for him in his bereavement.  There were no services here – the mourners 
and friends proceeding direct from the depot to cemetery.
