Ionia Sentinel - 2 July 1915
The funeral for the late Fred Welch was held Monday at 2:30 pm.  The burial rites 
were performed by Rev. A. R. Mitchell, there being only a brief service at the 
grave.  The wife was unable to come to Ionia on account of the infancy of her two 
children.  Burial was in Oak Hill.
