Ionia County News - Thurs. Jan. 7, 1944

Frank E. Welch, 77, died at the hospital in Traverse City, Saturday and funeral 
services were held in Boynton's Funeral Chapel, Ionia, on Wednesday, with 
burial in Easton Cemetery. He is survived by three sons and three daughters, 
John and William Welch of Ionia; Charles of Saranac; Mrs. Harold Gates of 
Saranac, Mrs. Edith Cushing of Lansing; Mrs. Harold Keith of Detroit; and five 
grandchildren.
