Jan. 17, 1929 Mrs. Frank Welch Funeral, at Home This Afternoon Funeral services were to be held this afternoon for Mrs. Frank Welch, 59, from the home in Easton township where she died Tuesday morning. Mrs. Welch’s death was unexpected her health apparently being normal up to Monday evening when she suffered a stroke of paralysis. She was a native of Michigan and had lived 39 years in Easton township. She was well known and popular throughout the district where she had lived all save one of her 40 years of married life. Besides her husband she is survived by three sons, John Welch, Ionia; Charles and William Welch, living on the family homestead; and four daughters, Mrs. Hazel Deline, Easton; Mrs. Nancy Taylor, Orange; Mrs. Lois Branson, Berlin and Miss Mildred Welch, living at home. She is also survived by three brothers, Charles McCord, Evart; William McCord, Battle Creek and Gilbert McCord, Flint; a sister, Mrs. Earl Curtiss, Easton, and half-brother, Joseph McCord.
